Retreat Details and Sample Timetable

 

On all our retreats you will have access to unlimited bottled spring water, herbal tea and fresh juices in our studio. All activities are optional. 

 

We are within a 5 minute walk of some of Beverly Hill's most famous hotels including the Beverly Hilton, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and the Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills. If you would prefer to stay at one of these hotels please email us for rates

6 Day Juice Reset

​

​

Our 6 day juice reset helps you break cravings and addictions,

lose fat, excess water and excess sodium. Our 6 day, 5 night

retreat in Beverly Hills includes accommodation at a boutique

hotel around the corner from our studio and unlimited green juices

and fruit juices including unlimited celery juice and cucumber juice.

Optional green smoothies are also available. During this retreat

we will visit one of LA's premier spa houses, and hike LA's most

famous and scenic trails. Also included in this retreat is daily yoga,

meditation and spa treatments including our famous hair rejuvention ritual, massage, facials, dry brushing and lymphatic drainage.

Whole Foods Plant Based 6 Day Retreat (WFPB)

​

                                       As lauded in such famous nutritional books and studies such as 'The                                               China Study', a low-fat, whole-foods plant based diet is considered                                                the gold standard of health and weight loss. Based on the teachings                                             of such MDs and professors as Professor Colin T Campbell, Dr Michael                                           Greger, Dr Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr Neal Barnard and Dr John McDougall                                         we will be following an entirely oil free, sugar free, whole-foods plant-      based program on this six day (five nights) retreat. Also included are daily  yoga, meditation, spa treatments such as massage, facials, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage and our famous hair rejuvenation ritual. We will also be visiting one of LA's premier bathhouses and hiking two of LA's most famous and scenic trails. Other activities such as sailing at Marina Del Rey, and tours of the city are also available upon request.

Medical Medium Inspired 6 Day Detox

​

This retreat, like all our retreats, is designed to kickstart your new health

habits, revitalize you for the week ahead or have you looking your best

for an event or party. Inspired by Medical Medium Anthony William's

protocols, it includes five nights accommodation in a boutique hotel in

Beverly Hills just around the corner from our yoga studio, unlimited fresh

cold pressed juices (including celery juice, cucumber juice and lemon water),

fresh fruit and vegetable meals as recommended by the Medical Medium,

a visit to one of LA's premier spas, hiking both the world famous Griffith Park

Observatory and the equally internationally renowned Runyon Canyon in

Hollywood, daily yoga, stretching and meditation, spa treatments

(hair rejuvenation, massage, facials and dry brushing) and lots of free time

to explore and discover our beautiful city, Beverly Hills, California.

The following is a sample of a retreat timetable for the week, it is subject to minor changes.

Sunday

​

 

 

12PM

​

Welcome to Beverly Hills! You can check in with us at the studio any time from 12PM. We will have fresh juices or lunch available in our studio. We invite you to optionally have your measurements and photos taken so you can compare your before and after retreat results Once the hotel is ready to check you in, you can head around the corner and start unpacking and meet us back at the studio at 4PM. 

 

4PM

This afternoon we will be giving an introduction to the retreat, with a final timetable and instructions for the group.

 

5PM

As a group we will take a walking tour of Downtown Beverly Hills, you'll see some of Beverly Hills' most iconic photo spots and get your bearings in this city. This is a gentle walk on flat ground and takes about an hour and fifteen minutes.

6:15PM

We will be dropping you at your hotel to unpack and relax before our early start tomorrow.

 

 

 

Monday

 

7AM

Get your cameras ready as this morning we are starting bright and early, heading to Hollywood to hike the internationally renowned Runyon Canyon. Runyon Canyon is a loop trail located right in the heart of Hollywood. There are two options to hike Runyon, an easy, slow gradual ascent up a paved path or a more intense and adventurous path for intermediate hikers and above. It is known as one of the most popular hiking trails in Los Angeles and also one of the best places in Los Angeles to spot celebrities. Although we can’t guarantee a celebrity sighting, we can guarantee some of the most beautiful views of the whole of Los Angeles including Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and on a clear day, a view all the way to Santa Monica and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Afterwards, we will have an optional photo stop at the world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame before heading back to Beverly Hills.

9:30AM

Back in Beverly Hills we will have a stretching session after our hike and then you will have free time to freshen up at the hotel and explore Beverly Hills. You may also use this free time to schedule an included spa treatment such as a massage or facial.

 

1PM

Meeting back at our studio, we have lunch or fresh juices available and a talk about nutrition and weight loss

 

6:00PM

Dinner or fresh pressed juices will be served at the studio

 

7:30PM

Shampoo making class. A group class in which you will make and be able to take home with you a sulphate free, natural, PH balanced shampoo that will protect your tresses and contains none of the nasty ingredients that hide in popular commercial brands that damage our hair.

 

9PM

Head back to your hotel (around the corner from our studio)

 

Tuesday

8AM

Gentle Yoga. We will have an hour and a half of gentle kundalini yoga and meditation. After the previous day’s hike we ease back in to our morning movement. We want to make sure everyone’s muscles are feeling good and stretched.

 

11AM

Visit to one of LA’s premier spas and bath houses. We have a choice of spas to visit including Los Angeles' only natural hot springs, or a spa with hot and cold tubs, jacuzzis, dry and steam saunas, clay sauna, salt sauna, jade sauna, ice sauna. The heat at the spa houses will help with sore muscles and give you a great nights sleep in the evening.

 

6PM

Dinner or fresh juices are served in our studio

 

7PM

Gentle Yin Yoga

Relaxing Sound bath

 

9PM

Head back to your hotel around the corner from our studio

 

Wednesday

 

7AM

We are back up bright and early to hike Griffith Park and to see the famous Griffith Park Observatory which has appeared in many Hollywood blockbuster films and offers a spectacular view of the whole of Los Angeles. This is one of Los Angeles’ most famous hiking destinations and tourist attractions.

 

10AM

Back at our studio we will have a stretching class and we encourage you to book your hair rejuvenation treatment in this time. Hair rejuvenation includes a pre shampoo treatment, moisturizing treatment, shampoo and condition, sealant and blow dry. It is designed to teach you how to look after your hair in your daily wash routing to keep your strands looking silky and young for as long as possible.

 

3PM

Group trip to one of Beverly Hill's most famous hotels, The Peninsula or the Waldorf Astoria for fresh juices in their world famous rooftop gardens. After this trip we encourage you to book your dry brushing and lymphatic drainage session in your spare time.

 

7PM

8PM

Yoga and meditation

 

9:30PM

Thursday

 

8AM

Yoga and meditation and breakfast or fresh juices in our studio

 

Today is a free day, we encourage you to book an activity such as a sailing session in Marina Del Rey, a hike in the Malibu mountains, a tour of Los Angeles, or just spend the day getting to know Beverly Hills better. You can also book your facial or massage for today.

South bath

Friday

 

7AM

Once again back up early to embark on our final hike, possibly Los Angeles' most famous hike, we will be hiking to the Hollywood sign. You will have the opportunity to have your picture taken with the Hollywood sign up close and personal and get a great workout in before we part ways.

 

9:30AM

Back at the studio we will do a final stretching session and a soundbath before letting you go back to your hotel to finalize your departure. We will also be available to take your measurements and photos if you would like to track your progress over the 6 days.
